Carol and I went back to the Swan Island Dahlia Festival this year and witnessed a gorgeous display of God's creativity!

BTW...The newly weds are back from their honeymoon...happy and healthy...Jesse works at Les Schwab and Rachael at Washington Federal Savings both in Hood River, OR. They also have a golden named Bubba.

The Bakery
We are really enjoying the bakeries here. We get our bread here each day but Ethan likes the BIG cookies best and I like the raspberry tarts!
OUR birthday celebration
We all went to the Conflans which is a mideival town just above the Fludes home. We had a picnic under a tree, played games and went through the shops.

While we were waiting for our pizza we happened upon a clothing shop...imagine that! We all had very much fun and I found an outfit for the wedding.
