Mom and I were signed up for product sales at the Revolve Conference this weekend. Friday we left at 2:30pm to go what normally takes 20 min to get to the Rose Garden by 4pm check in. Well, 3&1/2 hours and many traffic jams later we made it to the conference. It was 6 and the conference started at 7pm. We checked in at the volunteer table and they said that they had found enough volunteers and we could join our girls in the conference then to show up Sat. at 7am to volunteer in sales. We arrived, early!, Sat. morning to be told that they still had enough volunteers so we could join our girls again. The girls got to go to this event because every volunteer was given two free tickets! So, we all got to go free! Isn't God good to us! Natalie Grant, (she has matured and gained much confidence in her singing a lot this year) Hawk Nelson, KJ5-2, Rachel Hockett, Ayiesha Woods all sang. Jenna Lucado, Natalie Grant, Brie Reed and Chad Eastham spoke about being REAL. Being yourself and not who you think others want you to be. BOYS! Chad told us all the things we needed to know about boys and how they think and feel. At one point he laid on the floor in fetal position to demonstrate! Ask the girls for more info.! They talked about how we, as girls, (or gulls as Brie, from Australia says it) are a treasure and not a test drive or a target! They explained that no matter what kind of daddy you have God is your Father and you are Daddy's girl no matter what. We wish that you all were there with us!
When I gain enough knowlege and skill I will add some video footage I took of Natalie as she rocked the whole arena and had them jumping (even Grama!) :)
JESSICA LOVES EVERYONE (some exeptions). I had Chad sign my favoritest blanket eva. and now I'm being kicked off. ta ta.
