1st Place Champs!

Champions!

Corbett school district had their Round Robin Wrestling Championship today. Benjamin and Andrew both took 1st place in their weight class! Two champions in our midst! We are very proud of them! The coach said they both are naturals.

Tillamook take #3

Well both nights it rained so we couldn't make a fire (everything was saturated!) so the kids plugged in their survival modes and roasted their marshmallows by the heater. All said and done we had a good trip. We will visit again later in the season and hike to the lighthouse.

We ate at The Fern restaurant and ventured into a sports vehicle shop and the kids tried them all on.

Saturday we went into Tillamook and visited the creamery. Greg got us all some of the delightfully delicious ice cream!

We planned to hike a trail up to a lighthouse but the trail was closed due to downed trees so we hiked down to the water instead.

We went camping at Cape Lookout State Park last weekend.
It was dry all day Saturday which allowed us to beach comb and collect lots of agates and some shells.
Friday night it was raining so the kids provided us with some inside entertainment!

Our van was "dead" Saturday morning but the ranger was quick with the battery jumper and Les Schwab diagnosed dirty connection and we were off and running again.
